Our Origin Story
My love for being in the kitchen was imprinted on me at a young age, watching my dad create incredible meals and baked goods. He is one of those people who could make cookies from scratch without measuring cups or a recipe. He’d tell me that it wasn’t something he could teach, “it’s something you learn”. It wasn’t until recently that I finally understood he meant it requires time and passion to create something delicious from your mind.
When I was sixteen, I was introduced to the craft of making juices. I quickly became hooked on the art of blending flavors and experiencing how nourishing whole ingredients could make me feel. The entire process became something I adored spending my time with—the vibrant colors of fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs, the aroma during preparation, the taste testing and adjusting, and most of all, sharing the final product with others.
Over the years, I’ve become increasingly intentional about my health and how I support feeling good in simple, sustainable ways. Juice has always been a grounding part of that for me.
Later, I worked at a specialty coffee roaster, where my palate was further refined by being around some of the best in the industry. I am continuing to learn how to analyze coffee through flavor profiles, tasting notes, and balance. That experience deepened my appreciation for nuance and expanded my love for creating thoughtful, layered flavor combinations.
Sips of Eden was created from the belief that juice can be both deeply nourishing and a sensory experience to look forward to. Our goal is to make whole-food nutrition effortless, enjoyable, and part of everyday life. This is my way of sharing something I genuinely love having in my own fridge—and bringing it to yours.
